In October 2006 - November 2007 I was deployed to LSA Anaconda, Iraq. During that time, I wrote a series of letters every week, almost, to keep my family and friends up to date on my well being, status, and any news that they should have. I also included a number of devotionals and a glimps into what the spirit was doing in my life during that troubled period.
Chronicled here are my thoughts, hopes, dreams, and aspirations during my time in Iraq. I should warn any who read through here that not every one of them is coherent, or even particularly nice. I wrote as I felt, and often kicked myself for having written it. However, the story would not be complete without those moments in my life, so they remain.
Finally, these Digests are laid out in a blog format, meaning that the first entry is at the bottom.
